Shrig Shop

All proceeds from David Shrigley’s Copenhagen based Shrig Shop this week (in person and online) are being donated to Doctors Without Borders Ukraine relief support. A damn good reason to bag yourself a few Shrigley posters if you ask me. Go, go, go!

Garden Furniture

Now is the time to purchase so you don’t miss out on the pieces you really love. Great places to look include Primrose, Heal’s, Jysk and of course, IKEA, who all have stock available to ship.

Skagerak

Also check out Skagerak’s collection of garden furniture, and gorgeous garden umbrellas too. Though garden umbrellas have been part of their outdoor collection from 1976, they added stripes for the first time last year to celebrate 40 years of the Drachmann collection.

The umbrellas are available in two really generous sizes, and a selection of different colour ways, the wood is FSC certified, and the fabric is sun, water and mould resistant. You can’t go wrong with a timeless stripe! Skandium carry a great selection of their pieces including the striped umbrellas in the UK.

The Liberty Beauty Drop

Sounds a bit too good to be true, except it’s not. Sign up and pay £20 a month which is fully redeemable against beauty purchases, get free delivery, plus you get £300 worth of Discovery Boxes throughout the year. It’s basically a beauty savings account, and I am SO into it (yes I signed up immediately). I’ll be saving up for things like Augustinus Bader The Face Oil, Dr Barbara Sturm products, and other luxury goodies I’d like to try, but wouldn’t necessarily allow myself to purchase otherwise. Can’t wait to get my first Discovery Box next month!

Tate Ward

The Next Tate Ward Urban and Contemporary art auction takes place on the 30th March in East London, and it’s a good one. Pieces by artists including the Connor Brothers, Christopher Wool, Banksy, Damien Hirst, David Shrigley, Tracey Emin and David Hockney among many more.
